Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson is the daughter of British lawyers Jacqueline Luesby (born in Paris) and Chris Watson (born in Paris). When she was just five years old when she left for Oxfordshire and enrolled at her first Dragon School. From the age of six Emma was aware that she wanted to be an actress and for several years, she studied at the Oxford branch of Stagecoach Theatre Arts a part-time theatre school in which she was taught singing dancing and acting.
