Rosalia

Rosalia Vila is an Spanish flamenco and pop singer. Her work has been in the margins of popular and traditional music since she was a teenager, she has also delved into different genres such as Hip-Hop Soul and Trap. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela characterized her voice as sweet and sharp, but still featuring the sharpness of older singers. El Mal Querer is her second album, that was released in the year 2018, and was critically and commercially successful. Following Los Angeles, her debut album from 2017, she received an Latin Grammy for Best New Artist as well as a Latin Grammy nod. The single La Fama with The Weeknd was released. Motomami was her 3rd studio album. She worked with numerous musicians and producers like Cory Henry. The release date was March 20, 2022, after the show on Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia performed solo for the first time on the program. Motomami Rosala was also the recipient of three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award two times, was the first female to be awarded both.
